是夜跟朋友來了銅鑼灣「皇冠假日酒店」,出席由荷蘭商會與 11 家荷蘭餐飲企業聯合舉辦的《荷蘭美食節》。其實是次活動是由荷蘭駐港總領事館及香港亞洲藝術週主辦,旨在展示和推廣荷蘭在藝術、文化和創意領域的傑出成就。據悉這個首次在香港舉辦的「香港荷蘭日」,活動內容非常豐富,節目多姿多彩,當中包括博物館論壇、藝術展覽、講座、荷蘭電影節及這晚啱曬一眾饞嘴鬼的《荷蘭美食節 Taste of Holland》。先品嚐由「歐洲零食網店」推介的三款小食,包括有荷蘭人愛吃的迷你 Frikandel 荷蘭肉腸、香脆的Bitterbal炸肉丸、鹹香的迷你乳酪卷 Kaassoufflé。場內也有荷蘭餐廳 Orange Tree 大廚即席示範如何運用荷蘭白露荀烹製原汁原味的荷蘭美食。這碟佳餚,除了有鮮嫩爽口的白露荀外,還有口感外硬內滑的半熟流心蛋,配上粉糯的薯仔及火腿片,滋味無窮。這幾款是由 Perfect Dutch Food 推介的煙燻魚、三文魚、希靈魚及鯖魚;而筆者最愛的,就是當中的希靈魚,肉質爽口彈牙、極富嚼勁。雖然筆者並非芝士粉絲,不過這幾套來自 CheeseBB 的 Tapas Fondue、Life-

雖然筆者並非芝士粉絲,不過這幾套來自 CheeseBB 的 Tapas Fondue、Life-partyclette-to go 及 Cheese Dessert Set 用具都很實用,無論想切片、刨絲、又或是炮製 cheese platter、芝士火鍋等跟朋友一同分享,都很輕鬆方便。

也試了 Meromar Asia 帶來的蟹和蟶子,前者肉質鮮甜肥美、蟹膏香濃;而後者蟶子則巨大爽甜,味鮮而不韌,醒胃美味。

最後品嚐的是由 238 Restaurant 廚師炮製的經典荷蘭小食、荷蘭夾餅,成品在兩片薄而脆的小圓餅中間,夾著塗了紅糖和麥芽糖的糖漿,入口香脆得來又帶點煙韌,配澆上焦糖沙律醬、賣相充滿夏日氣息的水果杯吃,香甜味美。
