Second dish coming是半煎煮yellow flower fish with white turnip shred and chinese celery. It was a miracle dish which all ingredients such as dried mushroom, salty
soy bean…etc combined to give an excellent blend.
Then the third dish was帶子with lily bulb and清甜的瓜shred. Although we all hated
their method of pilling away all the 瓜skin, this was certainly a dish of消暑夏日佳餚!

which was way too watery and a bowl of
white rice which tasted much better than the congee.
Haha, finally it came to dessert time~!
By the way to mention, we waited a really long time for this, they were super slow…
The first came dessert was crystal buns.
They望來漂亮,吃下來卻made all of us失望 because they just looked so much similar with those we ate in japan, but turned out, much much worse than that. 煙膩的皮was比較厚and 不易穿here,

但red bean餡料的份量was豐富enough. However, the skin口感was very important because if it was too厚like these, it became so difficult to be chewed and the 芝麻inside the buns lost the sesame香.
最後, 是sweetened taro sticks反沙芋條. Their 味道was just OK, because和我想像中有D分別, 炸香了的taro sticks were not at all oily, 一咬下去,糖片便鬆散脫下, 裡頭的芋頭夠熟, 口感粉腍, 沒有起渣but I could see the shreds of taro when I ate the stick. 即使已經very full, 還是把整碟dessert全部吃掉! 不過那white糖皮真的非常厚,

雖然sugar皮好脆, 入面taro好軟好好食, 但真係very extremely unhealthy~! As其實it was using plain white糖to 黐住芋頭炒,不覺油膩but真的好甜好甜…
