今晚是曼聯對阿仙奴,相對於一個星期六晚上是比較靜的,全條船街只有這間西班牙菜仍然要等位。等咗20分鐘,我們被安排到吧枱位置,可以一邊食一邊睇吓啲嘢食點整。餐廳格局是走causal路線的,但價錢絕不causal。西餐要點嘢飲是常識吧!老公試了個White next, 感覺清新,唔錯,酒精成份應該幾高。我鍾意刺身帶子,這個scallop ceviche賣相及味道非常不錯,那些花花草草混合醬及帶子一齊食很配。這個pumpkin混合了脆脆黎麥、瓜子及一些不知明的脆卜卜及忌廉,又香又脆口感一流,但如果南瓜可以𣺉多少少就更好。Speyside still基本上是汁浸八爪魚,八爪魚很tender很入味,正。西班牙菜點少得suckling pig。我第一次見suckling pig是有汁的,初初還以為豬皮會𣺉哂,但又唔會喎,個皮仍然很脆,肉又𣺉,外脆内軟!菠蘿應該是用新鮮的,少少酸酸地,連埋個豬食感覺無咁油膩。完美的一餐又點少得甜品呢?這個peanut banana 用了分子料理的技巧,首先焦糖化香蕉,再加花生醬,又用痰氣凍咗花生,又食手工又食味道!老公不太嚐甜,點咗個羊奶芝士雪糕,我就覺得好羶,但老

總括黎講係好味嘅,有好多手工菜,但每個dish size都唔多,2個人起碼要叫5-6個先至覺得食咗嘅。2個人响咁環境食成千蚊我覺得有少少overrate咗。
