Expressing utmost disappointment as a return customers with membership, and that I will not coming back anymore. This is not a particular crowded restaurant on a weekday, and I booked this table ten days ago, remarking that it’s my sister’s birthday and that we want the booth seats. Not only do they rejected my request even when there’s an empty table and no guests waiting outside, they didn’t even serve tea after we have seated there for ten minutes. This is the worst experience I had ever had
