To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 教了書也有一段時間,我發現小朋友真的很喜歡跟老師聊天,聊聊今天穿了什麼帥氣衣服,爸爸媽媽又帶我去那裡玩、那裡吃好東西。沒錯,小孩子也是很在意吃的,試過一位5歲小男孩跟我形容他在意大利吃的披薩如何如何美味,身為吃貨的老師也為之甘拜下風。最近受邀去了一家新派中菜廳,可以一邊享用早午自助餐,一邊欣賞維港美景及各式精彩表演(功夫拉茶、手工拉麵、甚至國粹級表演「變臉」),而且重點是,12歲或以下小孩「完全免費」。下次碰到小吃貨的父母,我一定介紹他去這一家嚐新~Sunday Brunch 有自助料理、自選主菜和甜品。大堂中央有自助餐區,分為內外兩圈。外圈的桌上是一個個的竹蒸籠,裡面放著熱騰騰的麵餃包子,樣子都相當對板。其中我最愛吃草原餃 Lamb and scallion dumplings 和黃金辣肉餃 Spicy minced prok dumplings,皮薄餡美,沾一點紅醋,愈吃愈順口。再到內圈逛逛,炸春卷 Deep fried spring roll 看起來很受歡迎,外國小孩都向它下手。XD 而我則被煎成金黃色的片片金 Golden seafood and vegetable cakes

主菜: 串燒八戒 Succulent pork belly grilled with shallot and green pepper - 五花片包裹青椒,燒得焦香,裡面藏著酸蕎頭,開胃不油膩。青花椒鱈魚 Steamed cod fillets with fresh green peppercorn and soy sauce - 鱈魚軟滑,跟香麻的花椒汁十分般配。果木雞 Chicken fillets sautéed with spring onion - 熱燙的石鍋蒸氣揚揚,雞片入口嫩滑,是我最欣賞的一道。

主菜: 帥府乾燒龍蝦 Whole lobster dry-braised in dark soy and chili mushroom (+$398) - 原隻大龍蝦,一桌就俘獲了所有人的眼光;龍蝦切塊和酸菜蒜泥同燒,味道醒目。聖旨到(兩人份)Chili-spiced bamboo clams steeped in Chinese rose wine and chili sauce (+$128) - 蟶子川燙後淋上玫瑰露、辣椒、蒜泥製成的醬汁;可能因為拍照用了不少時間,吃的時候已經冷了,如能及時享用必定會更迷人。

最後的甜品時間,Dessert platter - Taro cake, crispy apple rolls and sweet black sesame dumplings, fresh fruit and home-made ice-cream,所有都是all you can eat!!! (心心眼)雖然是任點項目,但甜點拼盤卻 一。點。也。不。馬。虎,每一樣都十分可口,尤其是這個芝麻糯米團子,流心的芝麻餡和Q彈糯米皮,超好吃!!另一個甜點 - 自家製冰淇淋,有烏龍茶和荔枝兩種口味,比甜點拼盤更受歡迎。^^
