Frequently passing by Shek Mun to yumcha, I was delighted to see a new dim sum shop that was gaining quite the attraction. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes for seats and it did not disappoint. The interior wasn't too big, but the decorations were very pretty, and the chairs were all beautifully designed. The staff was very friendly and although they were slightly understaffed, you could tell that they were very passionate about their small family business, which I admire very much. The staff was very friendly and although they were slightly understaffed, you could tell that they were very passionate about their small family business, which I admire very much. After little deliberation, we decided to order a few dishes to settle our appetite.
I was pleasantly surprised that the restaurant serves Ginseng Oolong Tea, which to be honest is my favourite type of tea. It costs $36 per Pot, but if you order it, you need not pay the regular tea cost. The ginseng Oolong was rather strong in flavour, especially after letting it brew for around 2-3 minutes.

We also decided to order 3 set deals, which included 3 items on the menu each.
For the sets, we had the Spare Ribs Rice with Pumpkin and Chicken Feet. This was really superb and the portion was rather big too. The spare ribs were just the right amount of fat and the meat was chewy and bouncy, which I really liked.

Another choice of rice for the set was the Minced Meat Rice. The meat was flavourful and it was topped with small shrimps to add to the texture.

If rice isn't your thing, you can also order the Dim Sum Platter which consists of 9 items, like shrimp dumpling, siu mai, cha siu Bao etc. There's something for everyone! The restaurant also steams their dim sum as you order, making them extra fresh.

The set was in combination with the Stewed Soup, which had ample amounts of ingredients in it. We had ordered Soup A, B and E for the 3 sets, and they were all unique in their own ways. I personally liked Soup E the most! Another reason why I like this restaurant is that they don't put any MSG or salt into their soup, so for some it may taste a bit bland, but it's definitely good if you're conscious of your health. If in case you do wish to add a bit of flavour to it, the restaurant also offers some salt so you can adjust the taste as you see fit.

The last choices on the set deals includes shrimp dumpling or desserts. The shrimp dumpling was delicious as the filling was huge and the skin was thin and smooth.

The dessert choices were either Almond Sweet Soup or Wolfberry and Osmanthus Jelly, which were both a nice end to the meal.

In addition to the sets, we also ordered the Fried Steamed rolls, which looked very appetising and tasted the part too. The rolls were slightly crunchy on the outside, yet soft on the inside. I also liked that it was really smooth and of course, tasted even better coupled with the seafood sauce and sesame sauce.
