I was at Shun Tak to try this Japanese place but unfortunately I was lured by the something at KFC!It was the bucket rice combo because it had luncheon meat which is not what you should find at KFC!On the other poster, there was soba noodles which I thought was there to make the picture look Japanese and they really had it so I ordered that as well.I made my order through the self service kiosk but when my order was ready, it didn't show up on the screen but luckily I was nearby waiting for it.T

To my surprise, the fried chicken was actually good.
The coating was light and the chicken was tender.
The luncheon meat was really good because it had a crispy surface yet it was moist in the middle.
Sadly I tried this at a different branch and had that been my first experience I would have hated it.
Also tried the soba noodles for fun but the ones they serve are the thick ones which isn't my cup of tea.
Will go back anyway because some other branches might be good but I don't recommend Metro City in PoLam
