Siu maiSiu mai is very spongy…very hot when delivered…I dunno whether it’s made of fish or pork…anyway not “powder like” siu mai…. It has some “gee zi” juice which is very healthy….Tea leave eggTea leave taste is not totally absorbed inside the egg, just the outer egg white has tea leave taste…inner egg yolk is just normal….egg is not big too
