This restaurant does a good job at marketing and having great décor, beautiful, delicious photos and making you want to enter and try out their food. I was very excited to take tourist friends to this burger joint thinking it would give them a good taste from home, but to our dismay, we found the prices way too expensive for the very tiny portions we were served. It was amazing that the burgers do not even come with fries or coleslaw. The taste of the The Hogtown was delicious, the bun was soft and everything was perfect, but it wasn't at all worth 160hkd. The air condition is good for a hot and humid day. The float was served in a plastic cup with ice cream scoops in it that you have to pour the root beer into it yourself. I was expecting the float to already be prepared and served in a nice glass. At least they could give us ice cubes in a glass for our other drinks. The service is friendly enough, but they could have been more welcoming in explaining the choices or asking us to try some other food. We had to ask several questions in order to figure out what to order. The only memorable item from this place which we might come back for are the duck fries. They were crisp and perfectly done with great flavour.
