Today, I decided to have a quick simple lunch before my interview. I went to Toast Box in Langham. Today, I decided to have a quick simple lunch before my interview. I went to Toast Box in Langham. Two years ago, I went to this place quite often, because their food was pretty good with a fair price. So I went back again, and try their laksa noodle, with lemon water as the drink. The environment is okay, but I saw some flies flying around, which ruined my mood of having lunch there after I seated.

I think the noodle is okay, but not as good as I expected; maybe is because laska, to me, is little bit spicy, but this soup is a laska soup with spice and strong coconut flavor in it. With the quantity of the noodle, it is quite small for me, because I eat quite a bit for lunch. So the size is more like a tea time for me.

Next is the lemon water, I personally don't like it at all, because I think my drink is blend with some milk flavor in it. Maybe is from the previous drink or I am not sure, but when I asked the waiter for exchange, they said it is their special "thing" that they put in the water. So I don't know is it really true, but at last I didn't drink any other sip of it for having milk flavor in a lemon water. You know, it is kinda gross.
