Hoi On Cafe is a very traditional local cafe in Hong Kong. It’s actually thicker with more toppings that the one shown on the menu! I am never a spring onion lover, but these chopped spring onion on the toast were unavoidable and so delicious, so I ended up finishing all. The scrambled egg was so smooth, and the minced beef was just salty to the right point. I was suggested to sprinkle some black pepper on top, but I found it unnecessary as the spring onion already did the flavoring job. This toast was surprisingly filling that I didn’t even need to have lunch!
