趁著仍是拍拖暨結婚週年紀念月跟大家分享今年的小慶祝,原本想安排一個浪漫的Staycation享受,可惜因我安排失誤導至要在工作中渡過,所以便來了一天平淡但滿足的慶祝活動。剩半天的時間車爸爸決定為我如願!第一站便到我想去已久的海安咖啡室,這日天朗氣清藍天白雲相伴感覺份外平靜!海安咖啡室在香港上環開業已經有60多年歷史悠久,餐廳內所東東也維持原狀背負著香港歷史的點滴。甫進餐廳彷彿踏入時光隧道走到半世紀前的光景,像我這般愛懷舊事物的人心中充斥喜悅的感覺,在這兒沒有半分人間險惡只有濃濃的人情味很有安全感!!這兒供應全是懷舊的冰室食物也是我小時候經常盼望的美食,我選了A餐餐飲點上凍檸檬茶走甜,茶底清香檸檬新鮮高質素的出品,可惜我這論盡鬼竟然不小心打翻了可幸的是點上走甜!餐廳員工走來只在乎我濕透的半邊褲子太窩心了吧!真麻煩了她們要多做工夫喔!車爸爸當然例牌點他至愛的熱奶茶$17,茶底香滑醇厚茶味也足引得平時不喝的我也忍不住嘆了兩口呢!而他選擇了散點這個沙嗲鮮牛肉蛋米粉$45,他説沙嗲是香濃的但不會太Over仍然吃到牛肉鮮味。我則選吃A餐火腿雞湯通粉$30、鮮油餐包加$3轉成菠蘿油,可惜是日通粉已沽清唯有轉公仔麵!挺喜歡用的是褔麵加上沒味粉湯底清清的,配上不少椰菜成個餐的懷舊感覺出盡來了!微暖的菠蘿油吃下口感很溫柔,面皮不會過硬的脆包身亦很軟熟,加上邪惡的牛油每口也豐腴油潤很滋味喔!而任性的我更多點一杯懷舊紅豆冰$27,車爸爸更取笑我想飲紅豆冰也不用倒掉凍檸茶呢!!這兒的紅豆冰也可6款選擇那麼多,我們決定還完基本步點一杯懷舊紅豆冰,粉淋香甜的紅豆份量十足,配上恰好的花奶和碎冰喝下溫度剛剛好很舒服。 continue reading

大家會唔會對冰室有一種情意結同執著?如果有既大家,今次介紹呢間已經有69年歷史、家族式經營既海安咖啡室就好岩你。呢間冰室係1952年開業時附近已經係碼頭,所以冰室叫海安,希望出海嘅人都可以平安,開業時仲未填海,而家碼頭已經變成馬路。當日去係星期六既下午,去到時已經係滿人,不過等左一兩鐘就咁岩有人離座可以入去。呢度環境比較狹窄,無論係卡位定係圓枱,但裝修都係充滿歷史既痕跡,有返到六十年代既感覺。-1️⃣ 粒粒西多士 💰49 (👅: 7.5/10)粒粒西多士就係將普通既西多士切成四份再羅去炸,打卡度非常高,四個西多士分別有四塊小牛油喺上面,加上糖漿外觀令人呑口水。咁靚既西多士,食落蛋味幾濃,同埋因為切開小份,西多士會多啲邊位炸到脆口啲,食落西多外表軟腍,內裡鬆軟,外邊未到脆口,不過除咗依幾樣之外,味道就比較普通,同區嘅瑞記西多士玩有特色啲,同埋更加好食。另外一題呢個粒粒西多士唔一定要嗌四件,如果想淺嘗西多士佢有一件份量,啱晒大家可以試佢嘅招牌,順便再試西多士。-2️⃣⃣ 鮮奶紅豆冰 💰32 (👅: 7.5/10)紅豆冰特別係個冰底係牛奶雪到變冰,所以就算啲冰融左都唔會變水而淡左,而且店舖堅持用冰球而唔係用碎冰,將六十年黎既模樣保持,紅豆食落算腍,但豆香味未算多。-🌟呢間冰室招牌仲有香葱碎牛炒蛋厚多士,不過如果遲去有機會賣晒厚多士得返普通麵包,西多士味道就不過不失,個人建議如果特登黎應該叫香葱碎牛炒蛋厚多士,有肚先再試西多士,或者鍾意懷舊冰室嘅味道都可以過嚟一試。今次主要介紹西多士,下次分開介紹佢既香葱碎牛炒蛋厚多士同鍋仔公仔麵。-👅味道: 8/10🍴環境: 7.5/10💰消費: 81 (服務費: NA) continue reading

Opened in 1952, they are one of the oldest cha chaan tangs in HK. Their style and vibe were quite different from my expectation. Old restaurants were usually bad in service and offered boring menu in my mind. But here, the staff was so friendly and their menu was not that old😆 𝗦𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗘𝗴𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝗳 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 香蔥碎牛炒蛋厚多士 was insanely good. The presentation didn’t do its justice. It looked quite dull but it was a bomb🤯 The sumptuous amount of spring onion was super delish and the great char from the toast was so aromatic! I highly recommend you to get this when you visit this local gem👍🏼The 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗛𝗞-𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁粒粒西多士 and 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝘁 鍋仔公司麵 were okay la. But I love the fact that they put a piece of butter on other mini toast❤️ Fat but good🥰 The 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗵 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗸 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗰𝗲鮮奶紅豆冰 worth a mention since they did it the traditional way with a ice ball in it ☃️ And the use of fresh milk made this less sweet for my liking. 當新派嘅、刻意復古嘅冰室開到成行成市,我依舊鍾情於真正老舊、而且充滿人情味嘅茶餐廳。同朋友講咗好耐,終於趁佢放lunch捉到佢去食海安,呢間茶記屹立咗喺上環六十年啦。聽聞海安嘅叉燒一早就會買曬,於是我地屁股都未坐落張凳就已經問仲有無叉燒,咁又竟然俾我地食到。有如時光到流五十年嘅裝潢、友善有禮嘅伙計,雖然食物唔算有驚喜,但總括而言食到地道嘅香港味,所以都值得回頭嘅!叉燒薑蔥香油撈麵餐 $48⠀厚切叉燒帶少少蜜糖嘅焦香,不過比較瘦,所以食落比較乾,無波記咁好食。好彩撈麵麵底夠乾身,麵質彈牙,蔥香撲鼻,份量亦頗大。聽講雞翼都好食,見到對面食緊,好吸引,一於同個蔥多士一齊留翻下次試。 continue reading

之前有講過冰室既故仔, 今次就唔再好累贅咁講多次間唔中會去上環碼頭... 所以有時都會走過黎食真係要提一提大家叉燒撈絕對係限量野黎同埋係勁多人叫, 遲左黎都會無叉燒既肥瘦適中一定唔會柴口, 咬入口有少少爽口調味岩岩好之餘唔會太油麵就岩岩好, 有大量既薑蔥同醬汁, 唔會太乾身好快就清晒一碟有時黎係叫唔到叉燒撈就會叫雞翼旦撈麵! 一樣係夠晒好味既仲有好多野都想試搵日係會weekend再黎記住記住呀星期日係唔開架!! continue reading
