To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 知道佢好出名、知道佢老闆買左好多樓、做到風生水起。以前有幫襯開,但多左人之後,我就費事排隊!😕😕😕😕😕😕今日經過開,唔算多人;我就排左一陣有得入。😬無錯,熱嘅嘢唔會難食得去邊;但係同以前嘅水準,真係天淵之別!😱😱😱😱😱😱💥腸粉唔滑、燒賣料少左,多左咪精、菠蘿X燒包已經唔再有驚喜,因為又甜左又唔夠脆。人怕出名豬怕肥。名不副實!就係小店成名後必然陷入的困境。要留得住名氣,唔係要拎咩星,而係究竟仲有無用心製作食物!唉!
