Shake Shake海鮮袋~ 我們選了翡翠螺、青口以及海蝦,配上Mr Crab Cajun Sauce,上菜時在客人面前即席搖勻,海鮮均勻地沾滿充滿檸檬蒜香味的醬汁,口味香辣之餘又帶點清新,完全不會遮掩了海產的鮮味,反而多了一份分明的層次感,令人愈吃愈過癮。海鮮新鮮香甜,肉質爽口彈牙,配以腸仔、粟米和薯仔等掛汁力十足的配料,令人相當滿足。

➤ 蟹肉卡邦尼扁意粉
在傳統的卡邦尼意粉中加入新鮮蟹肉,令鮮味大大提升。醬汁相當濃稠creamy,掛滿在每條彈牙的意粉上,但略嫌有點膩感。
