To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 親戚擺大壽,今晚就去左沙田石門富臨皇宮慶祝估唔到石門一開就開幾間酒樓,而且大家都係主攻婚宴酒席,一入門口真係一望無際沒有柱阻擋視線,聽講可以連開一百席由於係壽宴,就沒有散叫,親戚就選擇左價值$2980餐單餐單裏既餸都過得去金裝乳豬拼盤,乳豬食落好脆,义燒肥瘦適中,其餘幾樣都可以,出奇地其他酒樓會用燒鴨而佢就用煙鴨胸,需然味道不同但食落都唔差白烚阿拉斯加蟹(1隻,约5斤),肉和蟹膏好多,清甜鮮味翡翠炒雙蚌,西芹爽脆,蚌肉爽口彈牙蒜茸蒸帶子,味道啱啱好帶子肉好大粒,咬落唔韌,粉絲吸晒d味,軟滑可口金湯百合燴遼參,因為現在大家都唔食翅,所以就想左d高貴既健康湯羹出來,食落味道唔太甜唔太鹹,據我故計有南瓜、百合、薏米和海參,海參和百合切到好細粒和南瓜變蓉易入口,而薏米用來增加翻個口感清蒸海星斑,全晚最好係條魚,大細適中,生猛新鮮,師父蒸個時間剛剛好,魚肉冇痴骨,食落嫰滑可口當紅脆皮雞,雞肉咬落唔霉,皮薄冇乜肥膏,但未去到超好食雲腿浸冿膽,沒有影相,因為類似上湯浸娃娃菜上面加小小雲腿絲,口感清淡生炒糯米飯,好好味好乾身唔太油膩另外將合時鮮果轉為壽包壽包,冇東海噤好食,太大個,麵粉和蓮蓉食落感覺唔
