To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這晚與老公的幾位舊同事聚餐,見中式酒樓已買少見少,一定要幫襯下。大部份住新界東, 所以選了這間在石門的酒樓。金陵片皮鴨🦆這道菜可謂是全場焦點。鴨皮金黃香口,肉質嫩滑,搭配多塊薄餅、青蔥、青瓜與甜麵醬,層次分明,既有北方烤鴨的豪邁,又不失粵菜的細膩。鴨肉部分則保持多汁不柴,切片非常薄,刀功一流,令人一片接一片停不下來。酥炸蝦球🍤外皮酥脆,蝦肉彈牙,炸得恰到好處,沒有過多油膩感。蝦球大小適中,咬下去能感受到蝦肉的鮮甜與緊實。海鮮雜菜煲🥘這道煲菜融合了多種海鮮與時蔬,還有幾隻大大隻的鮮蝦,鮮香撲鼻。海鮮新鮮度高,與爽口的粉絲、菇菌、蔬菜等交織出豐富口感。清蒸沙巴龍躉🐟龍躉魚肉質細嫩,蒸得恰到好處,保留了魚的原始鮮味。搭配薑絲、蔥段與豉油,香氣撲鼻,卻不掩蓋魚肉本身的風味,整體吃起來非常順口。這是一道考驗火候的菜色,廚師的功力可見一斑。鐵板牛仔柳🥩牛柳上桌時鐵板滋滋作響,香氣四溢。肉質軟嫩,帶有微微焦香,醬汁濃郁卻不搶味,恰好襯托出牛肉的鮮美。搭配菠蘿、三色椒等配料,酸酸甜甜,既有口感層次,也增添色彩。這道菜既有西式排餐的氣勢,又保留了中式鐵板料理的精髓。酒樓環境相當有氣派, 座位寬敞舒適,服務也不錯。

近來多次來這間富臨飲下午茶,發覺接待處的服務員笑容多了, 安排也有改善, 值得讚 (之前的不妥善安排已有改善)! 而令人更滿意的就是多了很多年青的侍應, 每一個都積極進取和有禮貌!當攞了枱號後, 已有多名侍應招呼我入内, 帶領着我, 亦主動的訊問我飲甚麼茶, 這現象在現今香港的茶樓甚少遇上 (其實這是基本的服務)。另外, 只要稍為舉起手, 便立即有侍應為我們服務, 無論入單, 加水或其他要求或詢問, 都立即有回應, 這才是服務呀! 再者, 傳菜的服務員也非常有禮貌呀! 希望以上的服務質素能維持下去!

沙田石門有好多酒樓, 今日午餐就揀咗富臨酒家試吓。我最怕麻煩,見到有個午餐$218, 包三個點心 、一個小食、 一個炒粉麵同一個甜品, 就試試佢。叫咗鹹水角、棉花雞、釀茄子,小食叫咗鹽水豬手, 甜品桂花糕,同一碟福建炒飯。所有食物都一般水準冇驚喜,除了特別推介鹽水豬手,豬手爽滑彈牙,真係可以食唔停。呢間酒樓優點係夠大樓底高, 所以唔太嘈,亦唔會搭枱搵位易,服務員反應快,坐得舒適。但燈光較暗裝修一般。最後三個人食飽飽,埋單每人約$90, 不過不失。

5月11日 星期日,慶祝母親節+生日飯,我地10個人,有長者有小朋友,食左個圍餐3888元,15分鐘極速上晒所有餸,簡直可以破到紀錄大全!其中一道餸炸蝦球拼炸鮮奶,個炸鮮奶變壞左,係酸嘅🫣 除左蒸魚熱辣辣有煙出外,其餘每碟餸送到枱上都只係室温至微暖啫。到了翌日,10個都出事,9個人肚疴爛屎爆星星😵💫1個嘔到黃膽水都出埋🤮最慘係三日都未疴清未嘔清😫呢間酒樓衛生程度極差,想請病假,想減肥人士就去試一試🤢🤢🤢

話說我喺優惠訂購平台平台買咗一張$25兌換富臨頭抽走地雞嘅劵,於是我就揀咗喺石門嗰間富臨皇宮攞雞啦。我去到富臨,我就同門口櫃檯女接待員講,我想用鄰住買嘅劵換雞並向佢出示我手機中嘅兌換券。點知佢同我講話要堂食㗎喎!哎呀!好多人都以為係外賣!跟住我話,唔緊要,你咪當我食唔晒要外賣攞走囉,你照計返我茶錢同埋加一囉。跟住佢又話,要計兩位起,兩個人茶錢,仲要揀多一個正價小菜,四十幾五十蚊嗰啲唔揀得,因為嗰啲係小食,唔係小菜!!最後,我揀咗正價68蚊嘅沙薑豬手。點知佢又話唔得,要揀啲78蚊以上嘅!我即時火都嚟!!!簡直係得吋進呎!!亦覺得唔對路!!!成張點菜紙都無寫明乜嘢菜式屬於小菜,乜嘢屬於小食,女接待員只係不停同我講價錢,想叫我揀啲貴嘅嘢!於是我睇清楚兌換券嘅條款,根本就無一條條款寫明要叫一道小菜!女接待員叫我同經理講,於是一個男經理向我出示佢手機中嘅一個群組訊息,關於兌換要堂食點點點。我同男經理講,你嘅群組訊息唔關我事,我同你講緊我買呢張兌換券時嘅條款,而呢啲條款係你公司訂立㗎嘛。男經理同我講話要打上IT部門問,佢講完個電話之後就安排張枱俾我叫我坐低等一等,做返俾我。然後男經理行去附近嘅收銀台叫收銀員打單。唔知以為個女收銀員係酒樓老細,發晒癲超大聲鬧男經理:「點解要我打呢張單呀?」男經理:「我叫你打就打啦!」佢哋嘈咗幾句之後,終於打咗張單,男經理攞住張單行開咗一陣就攞咗隻雞出嚟俾我。我俾返兌換券條款所寫嘅兩位茶芥及加一服務費就馬上離開。由於Open Rice指出在食評內容中不允許包含截圖,所以我未能在此食評展示該兌換券的條款截圖俾大家睇。只可以提醒使用兌換券的人,要清楚知道使用兌換券的條款,唔好淨係聽啲職員講咩你就跟住做!
