To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於大館裡,來和朋友吃午餐,原來以為會有dim sum,沒想到是以正常炒菜為主。非常喜歡它的Free flow vcp,250一位感覺價格很合理,我看很多桌都有點,果斷點了這個free flow。午市set lunch有兩個選擇,我選了premium的set lunch。點心拼盤有三道點心,造型味道都不錯,黑椒和牛酥很有特色,讓我記憶猶新。第二個是炒星班球,感覺上菜速度有點快,一道菜剛剛吃完第二道就來了。第三道香辣汁燒和牛肋,味道不錯,和牛軟嫩但不油膩。吃到這裡的時候其實我已經喝多了。姜汁時蔬,後面是海皇海膽炒飯,海膽微微過油,有一點點焦香,很不錯。甜點是deepfried chocolate hazelnut ball,很不錯。 整體感覺性價比不錯,分量也恰到好處,味道好吃,有一兩道居然讓我感到驚喜。為了250的freeflow也會回來吃。
