Eating is not allowed in the library, if you don't drink (many) If you haven't ordered enough to meet their "high service standard" in terms of $$$, you will just know the time you should leave the restaurant and mark it on your blacklist. The WORST thing was the service of the "Person in Charge", Mr Danny Liu (Assistant Manager). If you haven't ordered enough to meet their "high service standard" in terms of $$$, you will just know the time you should leave the restaurant and mark it on your blacklist.

The WORST thing was the service of the "Person in Charge", Mr Danny Liu (Assistant Manager). When we commented about the NOTHING IS SERVED IN 45 MIN, he instantly replied "This is just the way our restaurant serves. We would SERVE DEPNEDING ON WHAT YOU ORDERED. You are so lucky that we are not busy tonight, or it can be even longer." (EXACT WORDINGS)

We would like to try something not in the set dinner, and prefered spirits when they provide only a wine menu. So, we could only order several dishes and no wine. Unfortunately, the absolutely disappointing experience starts here.

We had been starved for about 45min after appetizer was served, and then were asked to bill sharp and got no chance to complete the meal with dessert.

On the other hand, we were so uncomfortable that the servers kept mentioning the time loud when they walk by your table, and we heard their cursings to other tables.
