To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 訂左6點食飯,因為第一次黎對環境唔係好熟悉,一開左𨋢門見到好似係bar所以無行入去,都聽到Greeter都有段距離嘅情況下,大聲問左句飲野嘅?我地都答左句唔係啊,就準備行上一層,以為下面個層係飲野,上面個層先係食飯啦。上到一半佢地同事係上面個層落黎遇到我地先Guide番我地去下面到探完熱之後,一開始聽唔到同睇唔到有同事示意我地入去食飯嘅位置,之後有位女同事望住我地,再加多句,「食飯下嘛,呢邊啊。」我唔係好明點解要係用個咁嘅語氣去帶客人,其實可以稱呼番我姓氏,再講「呢邊啊」。但想講番樓面同事Jack服務態度好好,隻骨碟有骨同污糟都會好快換左,上菜嘅速度恰到好處食物方面都無話特別好味同埋賣相無特別所以都無影相,比呢個價錢食呢個味道好正常。
