I was here at 11:00am and was told if I want the matcha mochi then I can come back at 12:15 to wait in line. I was back at 12:10, waited until 12:45, there were still 8 people before me and many after me in the line, however, we were told that the mochi cakes are all sold out. They clearly don’t respect people’s time. They know they can only make 40ish mochi cakes and they can count how many people are in line and let people know they wont have enough. They simply ignore us and waste our time.
