Back here again for another pancake! The mango pancake was mediocre so this time, I wanted to give the pork floss pancake a chance. Back here again for another pancake! The mango pancake was mediocre so this time, I wanted to give the pork floss pancake a chance. There were a few people waiting for their orders and so I had to wait for a bit. The same man was making the treats and the young man was in the back prepping stuff. The pancake wasn’t as fresh this time. He took it out from a container next to the grill and proceeded to slather peanut butter and butter on the pancake. Then he added a heaping amount of pork floss and handed to me, while saying “you’re back for more?” 😂 he recognized me! The snack was pretty dry because of the huge amount of pork floss. I could taste a little bit peanut butter, but the pork floss pretty much overpowered everything else. The pancake itself was soft and a bit sweet. Altogether, the treat was so-so because it was too dry and the different flavors didn’t really “show” up.
