I had brought my friend to Zaks for lunch on 1/10. There was basically no service at all! All the staff there were seemed not care about the customers. They were shown to be annoyed when I asked for the menu and cutlery! Food was so so (Zaks Nachos) and service (sorry not existed at all) was extremely lousy. Service there not even deserved for one star. I will never recommend this lousy place to anyone👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡😡😡
