Coyote Bar & Grill (Closed)

I am a regular diner at Coyote. I had the Set Lunch today instead if my usual order of Fish Tacos. I was surprised by how delicious my pork pizzadilla was! Better than a real pizza because the flour tortilla base was super thin and crispy. This is a new fave dish! Highly recommended. We also had the Chicken Fajitas with soft flour tortillas. This is another go-to dish, but I like to shake it up a bit and experiment with some of the huge selection of hot sauces they have there. Some are VERY hot.
