今日同女友來到 Mistral 食意大利餐, 想 order 番個餐廳招牌菜 – 墨汁龍蝦意粉食, 佢話鍾意D龍蝦肉同意粉好食. 點知一見到今個月海鮮為主題的Menu, 當堂成個人轉晒(呔), 佢話要試一試, 先來一碗龍蝦湯配上一件迷你的牛角飽, 龍蝦湯面配上一層像Cappuccino 般的泡泡, 挺可愛的. 之後點了一客 自家製番紅花粉Tagliolini意粉, 內有大蝦, 青露筍, 配上車厘茄和茄汁烹調, Good Taste! 之後的意大利飯用番紅花粉來扒帶子, 大蝦, 和吞拿魚
