霜瀛,位於上環嘉賦酒店2樓,餐廳剛剛開業不久,打著廚師發辦的日本料理,午餐時段當然要來一試。餐廳佈置舒適簡單優雅,有獨立房間,有靠窗邊景觀木枱,當然有可以優先看著廚師烹調之Bar 枱。午餐時段有午市套餐或廚師發辦價錢$880起,以服務,食物質素等等來詳論,實在物超所值。廚師發辦,先由一客沙律菜開開胃,沙律菜非常新鮮配凱撒汁亦有另一番風味,之後由廚師安排刺身6款,手握壽司6件,最巧功夫的當然是海膽手握壽司,廚師為減少紫菜而用手握壽司方式制作,迷你海鮮丼以吞拿魚蓉制作,非常鮮甜,日式蒸蛋材料豐富元貝冬菇魚肉,最後味噌湯及甜品,可以說是碟碟精彩,碟碟新鮮,目不暇給,不自主的相機食先,最欣賞的餐廳每款的上菜速度,恰到好處,舒適悠閒地享受一個午餐。
