為左慶祝公司個project 順利完成,我同同私底下自己「um 」荷包食餐好的,當係慰勞下自己啦。之前有同佢提過想試下Omakase ,估唔到佢仲記得,仲搵埋餐廳訂埋位添,真係唔話得入到黎已經被安排坐bar 枱,能夠睇住師傅整野食,再跟手放到你面前,好過癮呢。先黎前菜三款,有韓式泡菜、螺肉同埋魚仔,賣相精緻,份量剛剛好,本身我好鍾意食魚仔,即刻對呢間餐廳好感度加分。真鯛魚刺身,師傅教路可以點少少旁邊的酸汁黎食,刺身鮮甜有咬口。北海道帶子刺身,加了少少岩鹽同檸檬汁調味,帶子鮮甜肉厚,調味汁令到鮮味提升,我好喜歡。再黎牡丹蝦同深海池魚刺身,之前去其他地方,食的池魚都係薄切的多,原來,一般的池魚係適宜薄切,但深海池魚就比較肥美多數for 厚切的。入口軟滑,有魚油的香味。燒厚拖羅肥美有魚香,入口即溶大蜆清湯,沒有多餘的調味,咁先可以食到材料的新鮮。真鯛魚頭一上枱,我真係比唔到反應佢,事關我不嬲唔食咁多骨的食物,不過聞到佢比人燒到好香,咁我都大膽試下啦,同事教我將個頭反轉佢,見野就放入口。試第一啖,好香魚油味,一啲都唔腥,比我想像中容易食,下次可以再食。到天婦羅時間了,天婦羅蝦同松葉蟹腳都只係需

到天婦羅時間了,天婦羅蝦同松葉蟹腳都只係需要點少少白鹽調味就OK ,海鮮不嬲都係新鮮就係好味架啦,炸蝦頭脆卜卜好香口,蝦身鮮甜彈牙。蟹腳拆殻後炸,啖啖肉。呢兩樣如果都有得再黎多一客就好了。

日本公魚都係第一次食,好搞笑,成條魚可以自己企喺碟度,同樣都係點少少白鹽就食得,入口好似多春魚,因為兩者同樣都有大量的魚春。

跟住就係天婦羅沖繩苦瓜,比一般食的苦瓜硬身同爽口少少。

最尾的甜品有開心果雪糕同咖啡雪糕2選一。咖啡雪糕入面夾雜左啲咖啡味的啫哩粒,味道更加濃。

今餐的廚師發辦我地都非常滿意,地方細細,但係坐得舒服,可以靜靜地傾計。師傅會好有禮貌咁每款食物講解一次。真係值得一去。
