清淡雅致嘅日本料理但其實出面係燈紅酒綠嘅蘭桂芳有種有趣嘅反差感為試omakase而唻於是淨係睇咗omakase就去馬水雲醋物 微酸 黏滑清涼 十分開胃小長井華蓮蠔 雖小巧但非常飽滿鮮甜滑膩炙燒蟹腳 上菜時仍熱燙 聞到蟹肉剛剛燒熟時嘅香 肉質嫩滑第一次食魚肝 第一口諗 竟然有口感咁纖細嘅食物深藏一片大海入面某種魚嘅身體入面而俾人類搵到細啖細啖試但濃烈味道慢慢湧出唻 所以唔食得快 但食少少食少少就好似食咗好多嘢omakase嘅上菜都係一門視覺藝術伊佐目 金目鯛 牡丹蝦 小鰭 油甘魚等明明食過咁多次壽司 但食伊佐目時都係忍唔講嗌:好好味呀值得一提係個壽司飯 唔知師傅點用咩調味 除咗醋之外有種香香糯糯嘅味中拖羅! 打開蓋煙熏味散出唻 雖然我frd話拖羅點鹽浪費 但呢隻鹽出奇地好食 食拖羅時我同我frd講 sorry但我冇辦法分心講嘢住 lolthat's how good the toro was最後係水信玄餅 此菜色視覺享受為主omakase最滿足就係不斷期待下一道菜而師傅又keep住suprise到你 喺壽司嘅規範下加入師傅自己嘅個人風格另外就係餐廳嘅上菜時間控制得非常好每道菜都係精緻小碟
