To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 是日到左北京樓食晚飯,聽papa說北京樓以前去吃是很好吃的,不知現在有沒有變了吃了一個蔥爆牛肉,宮保蝦球,小籠包,素餃,還有北京填鴨&鴨鬆先說說蔥爆牛肉,聽mama說以前是用鐵板上的,現在沒了,牛肉ok啦,個人覺得那些蔥比牛肉還好吃= =宮保蝦球,這個值得一吃,汁挺好吃的,蝦球處理得不錯,很彈牙,小籠包跟素餃,素餃普普通通,小籠包還不錯吃,不過貴了點,北京填鴨&鴨鬆,拿來包北京填鴨的皮可能粉了點,算是ok的,不過整體上來又是貴了點不太值lor,鴨鬆我吃了一口覺得太咸就沒怎樣吃了.
