Lobster Central has always been on my to-try-list for a while. I heard it was quite nicely commented and indeed people queued for lunch some time ago when it first opened. The crab cake was fine - literally just fine. I think the crab meat was not fresh anyway. The bread was not hot, and the butter there was a bit over. Overall, it tasted very home-made and not really up to standard or expectation.  

It's not really comparable to the lobster/ crab rolls you can have in markets in Boston. It's kind of gimmicky in Hong Kong but if you are charging over $100 for a hot dog like this? No way
... 

To be fair I do think it's not a bad idea to give a try when it has its buy-one-get-one thing on, at least you'd probably understand what I meant here
