Not Worth It!

This place is not worth it. I love donuts and that's what brought me to Munchies. I will not return because their donuts are not even good (too doughy + quite pricey for such quality) and this place has no customer service! I bought 4 donuts and asked for a box but the girl told me that I had to buy 6 donuts or 4 donuts and 2 cookies to get a box. What kind of nonsense is that?! Where is the customer service? I even confirmed with her that if I really had to buy 6 items to put my donuts in a box

This place is not worth it. I love donuts and that's what brought me to Munchies. I will not return because their donuts are not even good (too doughy + quite pricey for such quality) and this place has no customer service! I bought 4 donuts and asked for a box but the girl told me that I had to buy 6 donuts or 4 donuts and 2 cookies to get a box. What kind of nonsense is that?! Where is the customer service? I even confirmed with her that if I really had to buy 6 items to put my donuts in a box and she gave me a solid yes. Okay... So at the end she put my donuts in 4 individual small bags and charged me for a shopping bag without asking whether I want it or not. I was attracted by the Earl Grey donut at first but it turned out that it did not have any Earl Grey taste.The staff had no smile and were rude. This was my first and last experience at Munchies for sure.
