We thought that this address was the franchise of the Michelin restaurant, HOWEVER it is not. The real and authentic branch is at Prince Edward and this is merely just an imposter. The skin was very thick for the har gow, char siew bao and rice roll. The rice was stale and cold. In addition, the prawns inside the "dim sum" were chalky and NOT FRESH AT ALL. Not sure if we were eating flour or dim sum. in addition, the price is MUCH higher level equivalent compared to the authentic branch, which is very ridiculous cos for the substandard kind of food, it made us feel very cheated.

It would actually be 0 stars for all.
