not clean and staff was unfriendly

I walked pass and had lunch. I am not sure is the staff or sounds like the boss, she was unfriendly, served without a smile and missing my order, i need to keep chasing. I ordered the beef bowl, when it came, i found hair inside the bowl.........I asked for exchange, the boss seems angry.  will never come again, worst experience!.
