I ordered the pork chop with vegetable rice set which comes with a drink (I ordered barley tea) and veggies for HK$79 as well as their famous fish congee. The congee definitely had great texture with great consistency, true to my previous experience, but the fish wasn’t as fresh as I expected it to be. However, the pork cutlet was alot thinner than I remembered and the rice was too soft/wet. Veggies were so-so, with nothing to rave about, and the broth it sits in is your typical MSG soup. However, their housemade XO chili sauce which is pretty damn good was the only redeeming factor for this meal. All in all, it seemed like the standards have dropped at this establishment since my last visit which was around two years ago.
