To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一個美味既豉汁魚雲,魚頭SIZE一定要有番咁上下,因為魚雲係某個程度上,主要都係食佢地既o者o里狀物體,是脂肪,又式是骨膠原,我不理,但那堆滑滑的東西是最吸引我既地方.如果唔係食呢o的,唔通食骨咩富嘉閣選擇既魚雲SIZE是中等的,那堆滑滑東西份量不少,而且沒有煮得過火,食完覺得自己既肌膚好滑溜,像初生嬰兒一樣(講完自己都想嘔)但係有優良既魚雲,沒有美味既豉汁就注定敗筆.豆豉幾近完全唔香,而且又唔咸唔淡,調唔到魚雲既鮮味.用上那醬汁撈飯,都不能感到任何美味.這就是沒有靈魂

富嘉閣選擇既魚雲SIZE是中等的,那堆滑滑東西份量不少,而且沒有煮得過火,食完覺得自己既肌膚好滑溜,像初生嬰兒一樣(講完自己都想嘔)

但係有優良既魚雲,沒有美味既豉汁就注定敗筆.豆豉幾近完全唔香,而且又唔咸唔淡,調唔到魚雲既鮮味.用上那醬汁撈飯,都不能感到任何美味.

這就是沒有靈魂
