Seriously, this cha chaan ting serves one of the best egg tart I personally believe. Not only I have tried their famous delicious pineapple bun (which I will review next time), I am going to focus on their egg tart this time!🥧I have tried their freshly baked one, dining in one and take away and consuming within 30mins. Without a single disappointment, pastries were still flakey but not greasy. Right amount of thickness at the bottom so as even layering along the edge. Egg custard was set just right, neither too eggy nor overly sweet. Everything was in a balance.
Personally, I am more a cookie base egg tart person, but this cha chaan ting serves the pastry base egg tart that I literally crave for every other week. Highly recommended!🤤
