嚟元朗探朋友班,順便一齊食餐飯。友人提議去吃燒肉,帶咗我嚟元點 1 樓呢間來自佐賀嘅人氣燒肉店「YAKINIKU KAKURA」。餐廳主打九州產極上A5等級黑毛和牛,並會供應不少罕有嘅牛肉部位作燒烤。我哋點咗 2 個燒肉定食,套餐配有白飯、沙律、餐湯、小食、甜品及餐飲。黑毛和牛大判燒拼US牛板腱肉:西冷大大塊,油花分佈非常均勻,燒到約 7 成熟就食得,肉質軟滑肥美,每一啖都帶濃郁和牛油香,沾蛋汁享用,入口即溶。牛板腱肉水準亦唔錯,肉色鮮紅明亮,而且喺燒烤嘅過程中,油脂會滋滋地流出,入口香味四溢。牛舌盛合:有鹽味上牛舌同蔥鹽味 2 款,鹽味上牛舌好有咬口,肉質醇香,入口軟嫩多汁;蔥鹽味更加出色,不但口感爽脆,而且仲多咗份獨特蔥香,惹味非常。加咗碟和牛腹柳小排同黑毛豚無骨小排,腹柳小排肉質好腍,油脂分佈完美,入口甘香豐腴。豚小排肥瘦適中,食落口感帶少少爽脆,一啲都唔柴。最後仲有雪米糍同杏仁豆腐做甜品,為這頓午餐完美作結。
