Used to work at the office near Jervois Street, so I come to this cafe for latte and lunch a lot. This time I tried the lunch pasta - Pan-fried Chicken Breast with Garlic Creamy Sauce, Parmesan and Spaghetti.The consistency of the cream sauce is just right, coating all the pasta but not too soggy. The texture of pasta is also done well, a bit hard on the teeth but certainly not undercooked. The consistency of the cream sauce is just right, coating all the pasta but not too soggy. The texture of pasta is also done well, a bit hard on the teeth but certainly not undercooked. Taste is even more surprising, the touch of Tabasco and slightly scorched surface add extra layer to the garlic cream dish. Recommended for frequent diners in the area.
