Hainan chicken with ink noodle $158
An innovative way to enjoy Hainan chicken rice, served with a small bowl of ink noodle with soup, homemade spicy sauce and sticky dark soya sauce. The de-boned chicken is very tender, which goes really well with the sweet and savoury sticky soya sauce and the steamed rice that has been mixed with a little of chicken oil. The dark ink noodles on the side make a fun contrast in terms of colour and taste to the rice dish!
This flambé dessert is one of their signature items. The crème brûlée is stopped with a layer of thinly sliced caramalised crispy banana and is flambé at your table. The silky smooth sweet dessert goes exceptionally well with the bitter espresso coffee on the side. It is recommended that you dip the dessert into the coffee rather than pouring the coffee all over the dessert!
Left: Grilled lemon and passionfruit magarita
A sweet and sour cocktail made with grilled fresh lemon, tequila, Cointreau, fresh lemon juice, passionfruit puree. The only halve rimmed salt allows you to experience different taste of the cocktail with or without salt.
Right: Lemongrass cosmopolitan
A very sexy pink cocktail made with vodka, Cointreau, fresh lemongrass, cranberry juice, molecular ginger foam. The foam on top delivers a subtle hint of ginger aroma which complimented nicely with the strong herb flavour from the lemongrass.
