To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 。O小姐。2023生日。日常。多謝好朋友請食飯😄今次我哋去咗IFC嘅Glasshouse! 第一次上黎唔識行，兜咗好大個圈先上到嚟🙈環境唔錯喎，玻璃外牆，環境清幽，仲要有對面海嘅景😊先嚟一杯Sweet Mango Cream Foam 雲霧芒果［芒果茶、芒果、仲有一堆cream］，茶味係有嘅，不過，如果再芒果茶味再濃啲就更好！叫咗個Chicken Nuggets and wings 炸雞粒併單骨雞翼，味道唔錯，啱啱就起，熱辣辣，配埋佢嗰個肥肥醬汁加，好食同好肥😏鮮蝦芒果米紙卷 - 皮薄，芒果都甜嘅、隻蝦都幾大隻！唔錯呀Wagyu Beef Burger 和牛牛肉漢堡 - 牛肉係夠汁嘅，正常發揮。甜品叫咗個Banana Crème Bruee 香蕉焦糖燉蛋，隻蛋好滑🫶🏻香蕉鋪晒喺個面度🤣環境同食物質素都唔錯，可以再encore，上嚟同朋友飲嘢傾偈😎

No matter how good your food, or how spectacular your venue, if your service is lousy then that’ll set you back to zero. Yesterday was the first time ever in my life I walked out of a restaurant without ordering because of a server who not only not know what’s on their menu, but was rude when I asked to confirm that what I wanted to order from a picture in their menu was in fact the same as what I was about to point to. She was patronizing and downright rude. In response to my question of “ Is this the #771 on your menu?”, she pointed hard at that picture of tea being poured out of a teapot and said “ this is a teapot and you can choose (flavors from) this, this, this, this.” What sort of answer was this!! We actually let it go, 4 of us ordered 2 drinks and was in the middle of deciding between some food when she said “GOSH” and walked off!!This server is already the floor manager for the day! My turn to say GOSH 😞😱Last straw on the camel’s back and left the restaurant. BTW, we proceeded 1 level to La Rambla. Most pleasant service team. Professional, pleasant and warm. Kudos !
