食客又出動了,住喺大圍嘅friend話有一間新進2022米芝蓮食府,朝朝飲茶都要排隊先有得入,遲一步就要等下一轉了。今次有大圍朋友排定隊先,咁我來到啱啱開場,即時入得,轉眼間full晒。叫咗普通D嘅“叉燒餐包”,“赤肉燒賣”,“鮮筍蝦餃”和“懷舊鹹薄撑”試吓掂唔掂先,食咗叉燒餐包,啲叉燒調味適中,肉質juicy,皮又鬆化,唔錯,合格之上,咁就加碼嗌咗“紙包骨”和"古早味牛骨髓"呢两樣第二度茶市都比較少見嘅嘢。紙包骨上台時熱辣辣,待應即時用鉸剪剪開,就見入邊的肉,等多一陣先食,費事辣親我嘅口,食落一啲都唔“鞋”,似乎仲有D香茅之類嘅泰國香料,好泰式juicy 嘅紙包骨;牛骨髓出現係茶市都係第一次見,只見好多條白色的骨髓,還有少少配菜鵪鶉蛋,小玉米,見到勁吸引,食落肚又好滑,感覺好補吖。燒賣上邊嘅花菇厚肉高質,仲好食過第二度啲鮑魚仔吖。
