Refreshing and balanced texture brought by the peas and the roe, it prepares your appetites to enjoy the upcoming dishes. Personally like the the caviar soooooo much, when you put them in mouth - “POPS!” it brings you fresh salty feel which makes you feel that Amber really put in effort to ensure their ingredients are at best quality for customers
