Smoked Tea duck
Don't think that Sichuan-style dishes are only and spicy. The smoked tea duck is actually a famous dish in Sichuan. This dish was named after the tea and eucalyptus leaves. The finished product has a relatively dark red color. After the smoky treatment, the duck body is obviously with a light and fragrant scented leaf. The meat is tender and fat.

Sichuan boiled beef
Yes, boiled in a bowl of steamy hot chilli oil with at least a dozen of seasoning ingredients to make this signature sichuan dish. The "soup" base is prepared to perfection, the flavor is complicated but very fulfilling. Simply put.. a delicious dish.

Spicy iron
Also the first time i've tried this, the "spicy iron" as translated is actually a small bowl of concentrated chili soup to cook your meat in hot pot style. The pan is reheated on the table to quite a high temperature and you can see the soup start to boil giving off a mouth watering aroma. Dip your meat in the soup for a delicious treat!

Overall a very nice dining experience, props!
