I have ordered the executive 5-course set lunch. The first appretier is cold abalone in smoke with plum sauce.The abalone is presented in smoky style with dry ice. Staff poured the tea into the dish and the smoke came out. The visual effect is very eye catching. The abalone is cut in slides, it is easy for eating. The abalone texture is quite springy and fresh! Ingredients include abalone, coconut andcordyceps flower. It is the soup which many female like it as it tastes sweet and fragrant. 
First main dish is deboned crispy chicken.
I appreciate the chicken is deboned which I can eat in an elegant way, haha! The chicken skin is crispy and it is not oily. It come with fired fish skin together which you can enjoy the shredded chicken with crispy chicken and fish skin.
Here come with the second main dish, Stir-fried Angus beef with flat rice noodles.
The beef is tender and juicy and the flat rice noddles absorbed the beef gravy, it tastes delicious.
The dessert came last, chilled fresh mango pearls with coconut cream. Mango is sweet and the mango pearls with coconut cream is fruity.
I enjoyed the lunch with good service and nice environment.
