To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於等到爸爸放假一齊出外走走，揸車來到附近，今晚book咗中菜廳，原來skycity午餐buffet都非常抵吃。今日復活節期，有個小丑哥哥，周圍扭公仔，為小朋友帶來歡樂，也有幫小朋友畫面的攤位，增添不少節日氣氛午餐同晚餐分別不大，依然有老公喜歡的長蟹腳，魚生，各款沙律都非常醒胃，熱盤及湯與dinner的都差不多，飲品如菓汁，咖啡，奶茶，熱朱古力，檸檬茶自助任飲。今次還有阿女喜愛嘅羊肉批，濃濃的羊騷味。好欣賞呢度嘅冷麵汁係冰凍㗎海鮮另外有翡翠螺。印度咖哩都非常出色。青口牛柳粒都炒得好香。點心，炸蝦餅好欣賞這裏的麵檔，麵身幼爽，叫多碗銀針粉畀阿女，清雞湯加條菜，健康。必吃甜品:燉蛋白葡撻及雪糕
