To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

近期公司請了新人,人多咗Lunch搵食真係難度高咗,大家都知紅磡區真係好多小店,又唔多坐位。又唔想等位,又可以坐得多人,就走進加太賀街。帶位姐姐帶我哋去咗裝修較新嘅舖入面,裝潢日本風,燈光都光猛咗。六個人比了間大房,坐得都幾鬆動。本人最鍾意食熟嘅三文魚,就點咗個紅茄子魚頭豚肉鍋 ($50)上菜都好快,落單後唔駛十分鐘就到,以鍋物嚟講算快,午市應該都煮定好多煲。一見過鍋,都幾多嚿蕃茄,蕃茄湯底都幾濃。鍋裡有一兩嚿仔豆腐,如果多番啲就會更好啦。講番個主菜三文魚頭,炸過之後再煮,蕃茄湯都滲入個三文魚頭,雖然個魚唔太滑,但都算ok啦。 但啲豚肉比較肥咗啲,近期大食咗,碗飯都食鬼晒。
