行開旺角T.O.P. ,見到頂層有呢間LAB睇落好似唔錯,所以就同女朋友簡左呢一間餐廳食LUNCH 。我地簡左呢個LUNCH SET,睇見佢有兩個價錢,一個係2 COURSES 嘅價錢,一個就係3COURSES 嘅價錢,既然價錢唔係差太遠,咁梗係食個豐富D 啦,事關可能又就黎限制堂食,唔知幾時會再有得出街食LU。我嘅MAIN COURSE 簡左炭燒西班牙黑毛豬及慢煮杏鮑菇。呢個豬扒燒得岩岩好,可以食得出廚師火喉控制嘅功夫,豬扒唔會因為厚切而燒唔熟,又或者因為燒得太耐而變乾。一切開就見到粉嫩嘅肉色,就知咬入口肉質一定唔會嚡,而味道本身已經有少少鹽去調味,唔駛專登去沾醬汁食,但如果嫌味道太淡的話都可以沾上隨附嘅醬汁。炭燒美國安格斯肉眼牛扒簡左五成熟,格網嘅燒法令牛扒表面出現靚靚又整齊嘅格網花紋,切開後可以睇到微紅嘅肉質,而且唔會有過多嘅血水流出,唔錯。牛扒咬落肉質嫩滑,牛味濃郁。side dish 就簡左甜蕃薯條同埋燒露筍。頭盤就當然係沙律加餐湯啦😁最後食埋個甜品就飽晒
