The complimentary wagyu for each person

Pretty well done, the only flaw I could find was the sauce... poured too much making it a little too salty, but there were like 10 pieces of it and one would be too greedy if he/she's not satisfied by this

Hot dishes
-beef stew with red wine: tender but kind of lacking the beef taste
-beef loin: love it how it was of medium rare especially I way prefer raw meat~ unlike those in most other buffets, this was not overcooked yet juicy
-braised oxtail: nothing special, my mom could make better ones

-fried fish fillet: not bad for its thin coating, but could be crispier

Desserts
-
chocolate cake: rich chocolate and well done on the mousse-like but solid texture (Y)
-cream cone: not impressive...
-chocolate covered with shredded coconut: just some ordinary chocolate
-marshmallow and pineapple (chocolate fountain)
-cream puff topped with chocolate: not bad but not appealing as well, something you can get from the supermarket
-mango pudding: was the best among all which was totally out of my expectation! should have cut a larger piece...

In general we had a pleasant time there

Will probably revisit in the future for another theme

keep it up!
Other Info. : around $360 for each after the 3-% off discount~ worth it I'd say :)
