這天又要到觀塘附近工作,碰巧友人Y向我推介同區這家酒店的半自助晚餐很抵食,所以便約他一起試試質素。到埗後侍應先帶領入座,餐廳同事的笑容及有禮態度也值得一讚。坐下後先聽一下侍應介紹及選好主菜,便到自助區走一圈看看。眼見自助區的冷盤、沙律、刺身壽司、炸物、甜品等一應俱全,不是常常吃自助餐的我也被一堆美食吸引得興奮起來。其實因為近來的疫情,餐廳也有加強衛生措施,每款食物個別有蓋蓋好,而食客也必須戴口罩去拿食物,食起來比較安心。小弟當然先進攻回本的刺身及凍海鮮,刺身款式頗多,有吞拿魚、三文魚、鱆紅、鱲魚、希靈魚、墨魚及甜蝦,當中選了幾款嚐嚐。吞拿魚赤身嫩滑沒有渣;墨魚夠新鮮爽彈;甜蝦也入口甘鮮,質素不錯,與外面日式料理店吃到的差不多。海鮮的其中一個亮點就是凍半殼鮑魚,口感爽彈,沒有絲毫韌的感覺,再配點泰式酸辣汁,非常惹味可口。其他凍海鮮方面,則在眾多款式中選了長腳蟹、凍蝦、瀨尿蝦、青口及螺,蟹腳肉質鮮甜也夠水份,不會有很乾的冰鮮感覺;凍蝦尺寸適中,不算很大,但勝在質地夠厚實彈牙;藍青口也很有海水鮮美,瀨尿蝦及螺也不錯。前菜吃得差不多,點了的主菜也剛好上桌。我點了個宮崎A4和牛西冷扒(+$200),150克的份量也不少,烤紋做得清楚漂亮,切下去沒有筋,油潤的A4牛脂也剛剛好,與西冷的肉味平衡,扒的熟度也做得很好。友人則選了威靈頓鴨肝澳洲牛柳,一上桌時已經嗅到撲鼻的酥皮及鴨肝香氣,切開更是驚喜,酥皮焗得乾脆,溢出的肉汁及鴨油卻表示中間是嫩滑多汁。100克的澳洲牛柳上放了一片煎鴨肝,鴨油與軟腍的牛柳互相輝映,入口一流。伴隨主菜我還有無限量的兩款薯條,黃金薯條是加上了鹹蛋黃醬,鹹香開胃;黑白松露薯條就當然是松露香十足,也令人愛不釋手。雖然已飽了大半,也要嚐嚐這裡的甜品,葡撻、芝麻奶凍等都很美味,至於任食的Haagen-Dazs雪糕也是必食之選。總結這裡的質素以價錢來說很抵食,主菜也吃得出是心機烹調,值得再訪。 continue reading

酒店大堂簡約舒服,入內電梯2字就到餐廳了門外有酒精搓手液而餐廳環境簡潔優雅宜家去扒房普通食塊扒都要$3-400蚊,仲要質素參差,今次介紹呢到性價比極高,$308 晚市套餐都相當豐富,一個價錢就好似食咗個小型自助餐咁,另外仲有個$358任食5款牛扒主菜及薯條晚市套餐㗎~餐牌清晰講解,每款套餐有咩食喔,而今次選了$308 晚市套餐一嚟就有刺身合盛,入面有甜蝦、魷魚、三文魚、吞拿魚及希靈魚,每款都好新鮮美味而冰鎮海鮮非常豐富,有龍蝦仔、鮑魚、凍蝦、翡翠螺、長腳蟹、青口及蜆而鮑魚及蝦爽口彈牙,其他都不錯有鮮甜海鮮味,凍食再點少少配埋嘅4色汁醬特別美味接住就開胃沙律,係南瓜及沙律菜配橄欖醋嚟之後可選中式或西式餐湯再配麵包,麵包有三款,當日西湯係野菌湯好香濃,中湯就滋潤鮮甜而主菜選擇相當豐富,基本嘅牛肉眼扒、頂級羊扒、豚肩扒、魚柳龍蝦、比利時青口都有,夠4位仲可叫斧頭牛扒㗎,如果想食好啲仲可加$100或$200升級「澳洲M4和牛肉眼扒」、「宮崎A4和牛西冷扒」、「純種韓牛1++西冷扒」我當日就升級咗宮崎 A4和牛,切開非常粉嫩油脂豐富,入口即溶啖啖牛脂香氣朋友選了1++韓牛,入口一樣嫩腍,但牛味比較重,咬口多一點實在,真係滋味無窮又抵食最後仲有數款甜生果及熱飲整體相當豐富,食物質素穩定又抵食 continue reading

食飯幾時都係睇心情,開心一餐唔開心又一餐。今日屋企無煮飯就約朋友出黎食。因為市面大部分餐廳都無開,就GOOGLE咗附近有咩好食。雖然呢度位處酒店入面但人流不多,每枱相隔都夠寛闊,唔怕傳染。前菜係幾款刺身,甜蝦/三文魚/油甘魚同吞拿魚都幾鮮味,連平時不太會點嘅希靈魚都唔錯,可能係近期餓在家中得太耐,對各種食物都有加分,哈哈。冰鎮海鮮拼盤有鮑魚/海螺/長腳蟹/海蝦/小龍蝦/大蜆及青口等。因為凍食更加可以品嚐到食物嘅原汁原味。最重要係各款貝類都無沙,可以大啖大啖咁食落肚。小龍蝦好多膏,食落甘香。海螺就爽口彈牙,肉質結實。加上少少芥末或者紅酒醋,更能提鮮去腥,相得益彰。小食拼盤有三文魚卷/泰式青木瓜甘荀沙律/車厘茄水牛芝士及沙律菜。煙三文魚夠肥美,配上小粒橄欖,味道提升唔少。青木瓜沙律經過腌製逼走多餘水分,所以更有風味。餐湯係雜菌濃湯,入口甘香幼滑又唔油膩。值得一讚係餐湯配包,有兩種分別係法包片及黑面包。兩款都十分鬆軟,配上調味牛油後,突顥出小麥粉味嘅濃郁。好味。餐湯過後就正式進入主菜環節。三人每人一道主菜分別係薑蔥蒸石班/澳洲穀飼牛肉眼扒/紐西蘭羊扒。每款都分量十足,令人飽餐一頓。薑蔥蒸石班原條清蒸,鮮味十足,本身魚肉鮮甜再配上薑蔥豉油,真係想點碗白飯黎食,哈哈。澳洲穀飼牛肉眼扒五成熟,肉味及油脂味均衡。醬汁令200G嘅肉量食落唔會咁油膩,配菜嘅青瓜碗豆吸收咗肉汁嘅味道,同樣好食。紐西蘭羊扒亦恰到好處,食落唔羶肉質又嫰滑。醬汁以紫薯混入所以食落帶點甘香,再配上少許芥未提升辣道,比牛扒更有魅力。而兩款肉品都配上薯泥蘑菇泥作點綴,都算幾新奇。最後甜品有芝士蛋糕/奶凍及時令水果。味道都不過不牛。配上咖啡慢慢品嚐,再傾下偈,幫助消化。 continue reading
