To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🔸手工海南雞飯$78🐥個樣真係整得好似😂😂仲要用蝦餃皮整埋整埋雞皮，好有誠意！其實舊雞係豆皮，質地好實淨，不過無咩味，要靠三種醬汁調下味。配黃薑飯，唔係用油飯，健康得多。旁邊仲有啲沙律菜，仲送香菇素湯。🔸濃香喇沙牛肉湯麵配娃娃菜$82 🐮我本身都好鐘意食喇沙，第二次黎個陣見有就試下💯幾出色😛味道夠濃郁，又唔會好油。個牛肉都好像真，唔知係咪麵筋呢，係幾好食既，比起海南雞，我鐘意呢個喇沙多啲🤣Lunch time 仲有飲品送，兩次都係揀左白桃綠茶少甜😋
