平時午飯時間排滿人既小店,食飯時間真係想入都有排等,趁住假期下午,入面無咩人唔駛等位,終於一試台灣風味。入面既設計清一色係木系,全部都用上原木做感覺好樸素,好似入左一啲古式小店一樣,另外用左圓筒型既燈飾又幾夾。店舖用左開放式廚房,煮麵既過程一眼睇哂,另外掛上一盞盞燈籠,排起上黎可以營造台灣小店感覺,上面仲印上左唔同既菜名。餐廳有個好貼心位,由於食麵關係女仔成個撥頭髮好麻煩,枱面有橡根俾女仔用,可以札起頭髮感覺真係好貼心。最想黎食既係呢個《川味紅燒牛肉麵》$68,湯底用上左純牛大骨煲成牛骨湯,所以無化學物添加劑,飲落味道偏清淡,牛肉厚身食落好淋。叫埋碗《滷肉飯》($15),台灣野點可以唔叫滷肉飯,叫左小碗都唔算好少滷肉,飯粒納糯但肉汁唔夠,用上五花肉但感覺肥肉太多。由於太想食個小食,就叫左《滷蛋》($12),都幾入味不過入面太過乾身,另外叫左野飲《冬瓜茶》($18),用上左原支既台灣出品冬瓜茶。店名:六両三地址:尖沙咀宜昌街3號地下餐牌:
